We build high-rises on the dunes...we build on the dunes at all for that matter! I was taken by the story of the shadows of the adjacent high-rise condominium casting over, or more importantly the light eminating accross and from the low-slung local's and tourist's favorite "Last Local Beach Club," Schooners. The original painting was purchased by a friend of the owner, Sparky Sparkman, and the painting adorns the wall just to the left of the entrance. Prints (I recommend gallery wrapped--i.e. thick stretcher bar canvas, which can be hung directly without framing, image wraps around the thick edges) are currently directly available through me and I hope will be there at the Schooner's gift shop in the near future.
